This website does not ask for medical history or other sensitive health information. Any clinical information you share with our team is handled separately and confidentially, as described below.

Enquiry and order records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements. Website usage data follows the retention period of the analytics tool, if one is enabled. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.
